What makes you better or different than an office temp service? One hour projects, proofreading documents sent via email, quick research assignments, and desktop publishing etc. are all things that would not be easily taken care of by a temp service. LorianWorks has the capability to work as a contracting service company and save its clients the extra trouble it takes to bring in that extra help.
A temp service is a good resource for offices that need to have someone in consistently. It is normally not practical to bring in a temp for just a couple of hours unless it is for simple tasks such as answering the phone. Temp services are especially key for replacing personnel when they are on vacation or sick or there is a position needing to be filled.
Yes, I do offer on-site services and have acted as a professional organizer. I help my clients with both physical and computer files. On a smaller scale, I can even scan documents so they can be stored on disk instead of in physical files. I try to make these systems as logical and practical as possible, keeping in mind the way the client works and thinks.
What if I don’t have time to be involved in the project planning process? If you trust us to be creative and come up with something for you, we can draft or design it and run it by you later. However, we would definitely prefer some input as it will save you money on any future revisions.
Each situation is different and it may be obvious as to what needs to happen for a particular project. LorianWorks is dedicated to getting a job done quickly, correctly and efficiently in order to create a loyal customer base. We do our best to avoid errors due to miscommunication.
A new beginning is always an exciting time for us. Depending on the condition of the purchased business, there is often a need for our services. I personally enjoy fixing the consistency of an office, meaning making everything match and look professional (fax cover sheets, internal and external forms) and convey the overall branding of the company. We do offer a free ½ hour consultation so there is no risk for a company to sit down and discuss their needs.
